How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of negamy.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Наушники за такую цену клевые, но ждать их из-за ошибки продавца пришлось очень долго. те, которые я хотела, в налии не было, договорилась с продавцом, что бы подождать, ждать пришлось около 2-ух недель, потом трек номер начал отслеживаться, но как оказалось, пришли те наушники, которые в диалоге, продавец изначально хотел заменить. пришлось открывать спор, продавец сразу вышел на связь (на связи был всегда и отвечал) и предложил его отменить и выслать уже именно те наушники, что я хотела изначально, и вот спустя 2 недели мне пришло уже именно то, что я хотела. могу ли я посоветовать магазин и продавца? скорей всего да, не смотря на ошибку, я все же получила то, что хотела. первые наушники, проверяла в течении двух недель, звук качественный, провод длинный, микрофон не подключала, т.к есть хороший настольный

I ordered the headsets from this store because the picture suggested they all had the headphone 3.5mm male connector and microphone 3.5mm male connector separate on the cable actually attached to the headset. This is true for the green camo headset, but not the tan camo headset. The tan is a singular TRRS 3.5mm male connector. Fortunately, the seller did ship the adapter cable with all the headsets, so I am still able to achieve my desired results with the specific application setup I am running. The seller acknowledged the misinformation, but did not offer any recompense.

До Красноярска посылка ехала 50 дней, но это ещё продавец долго не мог отправить именно зелёный цвет. Уши симпатишные, с подсветкой, микрофон хороший, сокомандники слышат хорошо и без шумов. Звук норм, но басов ну очень мало. Можно брать для общения в играх, но для прослушивания музыки не пойдет

Наушники пришли примерно за 3 недели до Тюмени. Всё работает. В начале была проблема с микрофоном, но оказалось что всё дело в настройках на компьютере. Звук хороший, подсветка красивая. Наушники удобные, лёгкие, подкладки очень мягкие и приятные. Внешние звуки практически не слышно и это при том, что в самих наушниках в этот момент музыка не играет. Насчёт того, как они себя показывают в играх ничего сказать не могу, так как не специалист в этом. Это мои первые наушники подобного типа и покупкой я однозначно довольна)) Всем удачных покупок, а продавцу спасибо!))

В Киев наушники пришли за 3 недели. Очень рад, что успели к ДР. Наушники увесистые и на фото кажется, что небольшие, но в реале наоборот. Немного разочаровало расположение микрофона, т.к. от рта находится на большом расстоянии, правда сын говорит, что при общении в играх по сети его слышат нормально. Звук на прием нормальный, но ожидал немного больше. Долго находится в них сложно из-за естественного давления на уши. Звук, например, на компе марки НР не громкий, а вот в связке с Redmi 5 plus мне понравился. Неплохая шумоизоляция и звук особенно через телефон достойный. По Вайберу можно неплохо общаться. Брал с переходником, т.к. если использовать телефон с микрофоном этот переходник незаменим. Подсветка работает от usb, если он подключен. В общем данная модель понравилась, можно приобретать за эти деньги на, т.к. в Киеве что то достойное, даже через Интернет магазины найти будет не реально.
