How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

Comprei o fone na promoção de 11.11 com um pouco de desconfiança, pois não conhecia bem a marca e precisava de um fone para deixar na mochila, para o dia a dia. Para minha grata surpresa o fone chegou 30 dias após o pedido, muito bem embalado. A caixa do fone é simples e com aparência frágil, porém condizente com o seu preço. O som do fone é muito bom, bons graves e ótimo isolamento quando ligado, se encaixa perfeitamente na orelha, sem a impressão de que vai cair ao menor movimento. O ponto fraco para mim ficou por conta da duração da bateria, que no teste de estresse que fiz durou pouco mais de 2h30. Na minha avaliação um custo-benefício (melhor qualidade de som) melhor do que o seu concorrente direto (Redmi Airdots).

The product arrived in 9 days, it was as listed description, few times there were software issues with connection and latency but after resetting them it worked correctly. The package was great with no issues. after almost 1 month’s usage, I can recommend this product. Battery life as a regular user whose daily usage is about 2-4 hours, great and holds up to 1 week with no problem. There are an only few problematic scenarios with battery charging led which is on the first usage you cannot identify that is it charing, full or no, after some surfing on the web I found out that if red light is on battery charging if it turns off it identify that battery is full but on earbuds, this system is different when battery charging it shows red light when full shows white light. Another problem was the connection and break of connection which was only once, I am 95% satisfied with the product. I will write updates.

Bass are not so huge, but sufficient. Bluetooth range is good when mobile phone lays on one place. Problem with connection appears when you move with phone in trouser pocket. Other functions and quality is very good.
