Answer: The front ahndle with code has very good waterproof rubber that can resist to rain,.

Questions 2: how can i do reset to factory setting?
Answer: press *83#admin passcode#, then the lock will be reset, or you can delete the lock app ttlock app directly.

Questions 3 Can it connect with Google home and Alexa?
Answer: Yes, it can connect with Google home and Alexa, but you need to order it with our gateway so it can work.

Question 4: can i use with power bank in emergency the power is dead?
Answer: Yes, there is external power supply interface, that you can charge it by power bank when the batteries run off.

You can check the opening records easily through our app to monitor who accessed your lock and when it was accessed. Keeping safe only needs a mobile.

3.Silent mode
Turn on or turn off the lock sound as you like.
If you have little child or offen enter and exit you home late at night, you can set silent mode for your family.

4. Passage Mode
App has access to change the lock into passage mode, it means the lock will not be closed and it will remain open all the time. If you don’t need passage mode, just turn off the passage mode from App setting.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

    En el enunciado del anuncio dice que se conecta vía WiFi y no es cierto (solo bluetooth), para que se pueda conectar a wifi tienes que comprar a mayores una Gateway que el vendedor te intenta vender a mayores por más de 35€, estando mucho más barato en otros vendedores. Aclarado esto, he de decir que la cerradura es bastante buena, muy útil para permitir accesos controlados en remoto, y que ofrece bastante buena seguridad. Espero que dure mucho tiempo, porque de no ser así, después de haber llenado la puerta de agujeros para instalarla, me voy a acordar de toda la familia del fabricante.

    Замок пришел во время, вид и все функции соответствуют описанию, пока не установил но проверил, запитал от 12 в, замок работает, через приложение очень быстро и просто добавил отпечатки и пароли, распознает отпечаток довольно шустро. Часть с клавиатурой и сканером отпечатка из алюминия, водонепроницаемой не является, сам замок с приводом и электроникой довольно массивный, из «китайского» железа покрытый чем то типа хрома, на нержавейку не похоже (магнитом не проверял кстати). В целом на входную основную дверь в квартиру или дом наверное не поставил бы, брал специально на калитку – вход на участок с прицелом на дальнейшую работу с видеодомофоном. На входной двери в дом стоит аквара н100 – конечно совсем другого уровня изделие, но и стоит в 4 раза дороже. После установки на место и тестирования хотя бы месяц – дополню отзыв. В целом – неплохое изделие и дешево не ощущается и не выглядит.

    Все работает, замок вполне себе неплохой. Из минусов то, что он слабоват и там где на дверях есть уплотнитель, который отталкивает дверь, он плохо срабатывает. Чтобы нормально работал – пришлось повозиться с настройкой положения стопора.

    Produto chegou em 10 dias em SP, não foi taxado. Tem excelente acabamento e múltiplas funcionalidades, instalação foi feita por mim mesmo com auxílio de um vídeo do YouTube. Baixei no meu celular o aplicativo TTLock em português, configuração da fechadura toda é feita por lá através de Bluetooth, facílimo o manuseio diário, as fotos são de antes da instalação, em breve posto fotos dela já instalada. No Brasil eu gastaria no mínimo o triplo do valor pra ter uma fechadura similar, estou gostando muito dela, vamos ver a durabilidade, mas aparentemente o produto indica que vai durar bem, dado o acabamento dele.
